Space Coast Countdown to Fitness
Challenge yourself and others by joining the Space Coast Countdown to Fitness! This 10-week program is geared toward introducing healthy habits to children. The 10-week program will be lead by a Mission Commander (teacher/staff member) at each school and will include 2.52 miles of running/walking each week. On Saturday, May 1st, all participants are asked to participate in Final Mile to total a full marathon of 26.2 miles throughout the program.
This program is for elementary and school children only. Parents, you are welcome to join your child in running/walking but please DO NOT register yourself for the program.
